At B&SY Properties we are always looking to work with agents in the area. We are Professional tenants who care about you and the Landlords property. We guarantee consistent rent with no voids or arrears for you and your landlord for an agreed contracted time, typically 5 years. We also provide monthly inspections and will cover minor maintenance on the property.
